KEVIN ROMERO
Kevin is passionate about meteorology, climate change, animals, conservation, and green initiatives. He also has an interest in using geographic information system (GIS) for environmental projects in order to tailor solutions to the specific needs of a particular environment or community. During his down time, you can find him reading, watching sports, or listening to podcasts. Kevin currently lives in New York City. He enjoys traveling and has visited more than fifteen countries.
jasmine story
Jasmine is an attorney. During her time at The George Washington University Law School, she served as a managing editor for the Journal of Environmental and Energy Law and interned with the United States Environmental Protection Agency. She has assisted with writing reports that simplify federal and state health, environmental, and safety statutes and regulations for non-legal professionals to implement at their workplace facilities. She has also published a paper on how to make cloud computing greener. Jasmine currently lives in New Jersey where she owns her own practice.
alia bellamy
Alia is a former Peace Corps. volunteer. She has lived in El Salvador and traveled to several countries in Central and South America. While living in El Salvador, Alia worked closely with the local community of Vista al Rio, a rural community in Morazán, on various development projects. She also led projects aimed at increasing the employability of the local residents. Some of her work included working with local women groups to develop a voice in their community, helping a youth group build the community's first library, teaching english to locals, and teaching seminars on saving money and setting goals. She has also worked for the White House. Alia currently lives in Washington, D.C.
Kayvon paul
Kayvon serves as a Community Outreach Coordinator for a nonprofit and specializes in managing internship and volunteer programs, building and strengthening community partnerships, and organizing throughout the state of New Jersey. He is passionate about politics and civic engagement in underprivileged communities. He works at the Monmouth University Polling Institute where he is currently researching and gathering data on competitive congressional races for the upcoming midterm elections. Kayvon has worked on several successful campaigns from local Board of Education elections to Congressional races. A Native of Asbury Park, New Jersey, Kayvon now serves on the Executive Board of the Asbury Park Democratic committee and helped establish the Asbury Park Young Democrats.
